Birchview has partnered with Pixshire's Head Trainer Jack Flowers to offer training and lessons.
Jack Flowers has been involved with horses since the age of seven when he started with the local 4-H “Happy Hunters” in Chagrin Valley, Ohio. From those humble beginnings he went on to ride with some of the top trainers in the sport in some of the most prestigious horse communities in the county. Over the course of his junior career Jack rode with such esteemed names as Howard Lewis, Kitty Beverage, Chuck and Laurie Haynes, Hugh Mutch, and Otis Brown. Throughout his equestrian experience the common thread that Jack has taken from his instructors has been an emphasis on horsemanship and a focus on building the the partnership between horse and rider. Jack has passed this focus to every student he has taught.
Jack has taken riders from crossrails to upper level jumpers, from IEA to equitation finals, from beginners to success on the “AA” circuits. His focus has always been on creating a fluid connection between his riders and their horses. No matter their goals, the emphasis is always on creating the partnership between horse and rider. His riders have qulaified and competed in GHJA Adult and JD Pounds Medal finals 2014, 2015, and 2016.
